Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s system requirements are now live on Battle.net. The next title in Activision’s famed franchise will launch on October 25, and if you want to be there on day one you best have – drumroll please – 175GB of disk space available for the game files. Crikey.

Compared to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order’s system requirements released yesterday – which initially called for a whopping 32GB of RAM but has since been dropped to 16GB – Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s specs list is rather tame. Even the recommended requirements spotted over at Charlie Intel (via Nibel on Twitter) are well within reach for many, with Nvidia’s GTX 970, one of the most popular cards of the Maxwell generation, just scraping by.

As for your PC’s brain, you can get by with a moderate Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 chip with access to 12GB or more of system memory. If that’s a little much, minimum requirements are far more lax, with even Intel Core i3 chips from the Haswell days reportedly good to go alongside 8GB of memory.
